EU planning on fining Intel for abousing monopoly situation.

First, that was an accident and after I had done it, it was too late. Second, I don't exactly see any indication that you have any authority to be making demands on anyone. Third that was as rude and tactless as Magus!

Relax a bit man, these days you get angry about nothing. And I only requested something, it was not a matter of playing for "boss". And how come Magus was rude, I can not imagine why.
And please stop giving critics on me, especially that part about taxes. I was talking about taxes in the Netherlands, not American taxes. Learn to read please, thank you in advance.

Further we got taxes that stay away if you e.g. don't smoke, and there are governmental grants for every high school student going to higher education or vocational training (without having to go into the army or so). I wasn't actually inquiring about the taxes you pay to your Country. I'm wondering how the EU get's their money. Does your Goverment have to pay them? Are they collecting payments from every Country? Or are they charging a Tariff Tax on everything and Fining Companies. And you never answered my question about how they elect/appoint EU Officials and how long they keep the position.

It's seem to me that the EU is quite simular to what we call Organized Crime here in America. Strong Arming monies, extortion, protection racket, Job for Life. Hell man, your living the Sorprano's.

First off, if you don't see how what Magus said came off as rude, there is something wrong with you. That was not a request from him, at least not a proper request. That was a demand! You don't start off a demand with, "WHAT THE HELL ..." and end it with the, "DO IT OR I WILL," thing and not come off as rude.

Second, what you wrote came off as commenting on American taxes. If you had said the Netherlands, then there would have been no confusion. Remember, people are from different countries here and all can't be expected to immediately remember your specific nationality.

Third, I really don't get how I am being angry because I said that something was rude and tactless. Did I say that and go off on some tirade? No, I just said that I thought that was rude, because it was IMO.

It seems Intel is not only being prosecuted in the EU and United states, but also lost a lawsuit in South Korea yesterday for antitrust rules breach. Regardless of the fingerpointing of EU vs US, it seems that Intel is simply breaking the rules on an international scale and evidence is becoming to overwhelming to ignore. A similar case has also been filed with the Japanese government and won in 2005.
