problem with C & C 3: Kane�s Wrath

I have a problem with Command & Conquer 3: Kane�s Wrath
When i finish installing the game and launch it a message appear:
"you must have Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium wars installed to play Command & Conquer 3: Kane�s Wrath"
but i have already installed Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium wars.
and both of the games files are in the same direction.

What should i do?
pleas help me.

did you get the same region version, for ex. US main and addon? did you update the games with the latest patches?

I tried to update the game to version 1.0 to make it work with my Command & Conquer 3:tiberium wars. but the same problem appear.

Asuming you have Vista, do the following:
Instead of autorunning the game' s dvd, explore the disc and look for the installation program. Right-click on that and select " properties", then go to the tab called "compatibillity". There you should select "run in compatibillity mode" and choose for " Windows XP sp2". After that, doubleclick on the installer again to start installing.

have you tried reinstalling the original so it recognizes it prior to installing kanes wrath??

I tried every thing .but no thing happens ، the same problem appear .
Maybe my Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium wars does not compatible with my Command & Conquer 3: Kane�s Wrath.
Is there any thing i can do with that?

You could contact the publisher's helpdesk, maybe they know a solution.
