Anyone played the demo/got this game? I'm a complete noob at it and think its really hard.

man, patience is your best friend in this game. just like in flashpoint. you better play with some friends or it's gettin very lonely. i don't have no real in game tips for ya sice i don't play it

I've been playing it for the last few days and I don't like it very much at all. The single player campaign is pretty bland and the online multiplayer just seems so messy. As a complete noob to the Arma series I find that there's very little help or explanation to find out what you need to be doing! Everyone seems to be just moving without a sense of direction like me.

Its very buggy as well; for instance I was just playing online and was in a helicopter and it suddenly threw me out of it for no reason! The parachute function wouldn't open and I fell to my death. Amusing but lame.

I played it for a little bit but, got irritated rather quickly when I couldn't figure out how to invert the flight controls without inverting everything. Back to BF42

i played a lil bit at a friend and was a sniper. had to camp for like half and hour to 45 min because they kept telling me the enemy is heading my way. 30-45 min in a game feels like 20 years in real life. in the end they finally arrived and I took the shot. well, i missed so I exit the game because I don't have that patience anymore. OFP was ace but that was a loooong time ago
