Yeah I played the demo and it rocks. I have preordered it on play.com, but it got delayed until the 18th so I will have to wait.
Personally I think this is one of the best comic book adaptions ever released! The presentation is absolutely perfect, although you would have to question why PhysX caused such a delay and why the developers seem to think that only NVIDIA cards can handle MSAA!?

honestly, I think PC game delay is caused by consoles. they make the big bucks there first. and then let the ppirates have the rest. unfortunitly physics in game doesn't effect gameplay. should have just send out the game and then a patch or so

There was no exclusivity deal on the consoles and I have I have it on good authorirty from my old employers that the delay is due to the late inclusion and testing of PhysX enhancements.
This is getting some great reviews as well and I think it is just a matter of time before mission packs are announced for XBox Live and PS3 Store, including a lot of the characters missing from this, i.e. Two Face and The Penguin.
