Beach Life needs registration of windows??

Question:

Do you need to register windows before you can install and play beach life?? (It says so on the back of the cdrom box)

And Please:
Tell me what you think of this game cause i am thinking of buying it...
and are there other forums where I can post this kind of questions?

I wrote the review, here. Beach Life is actually pretty fun. Did you like RollerCoaster Tycoon? Thats what Beachlife is.

I don't think you really need to register windows... would be somewhat weird

I've played Spring Break, the North American version of Beach Life, no Windows registration was needed (if by that you mean registration with MS for tech support and similar stuff).
