American Conquest German Demo?

Heya John,

I'm wondering why did you mirror this one? I've seen it on other sites but decided not to waste our precious (and very limited as you know) fileserver space... It weighs a whopping 225mb + it's entirely in German and we're supposedly an English language (international) site... I I really doubt it'll get more than 10 downloads . Next thing we can start mirroring Russian (hey, I'm Russian after all! ), Polish, French, Chinese, etc... demos...

Well, I had the choice between this one, the ethiopian demo of Doom 3 and the mongolian trailer of Quake 4 (with egyptian subtitles), so I took the german demo instead

I decided to post it anyway because the title looks very promising, and even if the menu and options are in german, it's still very playable. After all, it's a RTS, so there isn't much to 'read'...and we will remove it and replace it with the english demo as soon as it's available.

Heh, I'd have to say though that I'd prefer to play the German American Conquest demo instead of having to look once again at this - Al Qaeda Hunting 3D. I think this will be my choice for this year's most awful game (not talking about the fact that they're trying to make money off 9/11 and they can't spell even on their own website.).

I beelieve in supporting the independent... But this monstrosity? I really hope some people will download it and then e-mail the game's creators with some comments. That will possibly (and preferably) will stop them from making games forever, or at least graduate some programming courses before they resume their game development activities.

Dennis Dennis... a good european can try to understand German, while you damn yankees .... errr what's the insult for canadians? Can barely try to read english...

And don't start with the "I know 5 languages stuff"
