Pc Gamer Rates

I got my montlhy issue of PC Gamer yesterday,and it does a specail on most of the shooter coming up on.I havent read all of it yet,but of what i read its a very good issue.I just figured i would share on what there opions of are the new games coming out of late 2003 and early 2004.(Scale is on a 6 "bullet" scale 6 being the best)

1.Half-Life 2 ------------6

5.Max Payne 2 --------3

I guess most of these isnt a suprise(i.e.HL2,D3),but one that i am suprised on is MP2,after the immense popularity of the first installment,the story seems to still be good on this one,although they said it evoles around a love story,but still more bullet time action,and hundreds of bad guys to kill.I thnk this one should have atleast been a 5 bullet rating.

yeah im a little suprised moh beats mp2, havn't played either, but i just really doubt moh will be better. to many moh lovers fail to come to the realization that the series is pretty much crap.

I use to be a BIG mohaa fan.In a clan,made all kinds of skins,but cheating started to come into the picture alot.Couldnt take it,so i quit playing.I havent played a singel game for the past 4 moths but when these comeout me and killing the enemy,will become one again.I played the orginal MP loved it beat it altleast 3 times,i guess i would have to say moh is just a tad bit better than MP,but still MP2 should hvae had a better rating

im also suprised to see mp2 so low down.....does there stand why come it has only gotten 3 bullets?

Damn that was good just ate me some (dr.pepper)ham and macaroni&chesse,now i jsut relooked at the article and i didnt see one reason why they gave MP2 such a low score.I did reasd however that the story of MP2 is 3 times as long as the orginal,will have better graphics(duh!) and more options that come along wiht the bullet time.They said alot of the details are still being hidden(this could be the reason why it was rated a 3)

Maybe they didnt aim hard enough when shooting them at MP2

Agreed, the score looks preposterous on MP2. Probably Rockstar didn't pay them much ;)
