It's not your computer that is going to play Doom3. What will you do with your fantastic computer, when you're getting your ass kicked in multiplayer by someone who is playing in the lowest detail level.

And the sad thing is this guy has no idea about computers "3600+", does that even exist!?

And I think you may have problems playing it, two reasons. Firstly its not even out yet and won't be till next year. Secondly clearly showing your knowledge of computers I think you might find it difficult to click the icon to launch the game.

well maybe he overclocked it OR he problary mean 3.06ghz and not 3.6

Even 3.6 would have been close to the available 3.2 ghz P4, but 3600+?...Did he mean AMD AthlonXP 3200+?...Overclocked?...And made by Intel? I don't even think he knows his card's a Radeon...Or that he's not the only one with a good system on this planet. I'm really not impressed by people's bragging when they obviousely have no idea what they're talking about. I guess his parents paid for it so he's so happy he signed up to these boards to brag.

For my self I think that it will run kinda smooth too, on my xp 2400, 512 mb ddr, "Geforce fx 5900 Ultra 256 mb ddr" Or what do you think?

Only problem is that i would really like to try the alpha but I cant.
