Hitman 2 idea

For those who don't know, after finishing a mission in Hitman 2 you get a rating depending on how much stealth / aggression you used. The optimal is to get Silent Assassin, but that's far from easy since you pretty much can't use guns. My idea goes like this; in Quake 1 (especially) you could record demos, so tons of people did so of how fast they could finish a level on Nightmare difficulty. So, how about if you could do the same in Hitman 2, and actually get a lot of people interested in doing it? Sure, some of the levels are pretty long and involve waiting etc, but I think something like this could've been fun.

Bad thing about Hitman2 imho is, that U can finish every level just by taking your gun and blasting everybodys brains to the walls. I mean even if u just have some handguns, u can easily clear the level by just capping every1 u see, it's far to easy

it's much more rewarding to finish the level "the right way" though, much harder too

I heard that for getting a good rating after a few missions you get some super-duper-extra cool gadgets to help you with your "cleaning". Is that true?

that is correct. for example, i finished a level only using the fiber cord and the kitchen knife and i got the rating silent assassin. as a reward i got a silver gun of some sort, but i don't recall the exact name. Since there's like 30-35 weapons in total there's a lot to extras to get (replay value is high)

replay value = geek value

getting all the "powerups" is like pretending to complete all Yoshi levels at 100%
