Call Of Duty F*cked Up Screenshots

I am having the exact same problem.

Radeon 9700
2.4c overclocked to 3.06
512 ddr kingmax ram.

I am using catalyst 3.6.

Has anyone found a fix yet?

One fix might be forcing the quake III engine to render in Direct 3D or atleast a D3D minidriver; would anyone know the command line you can pass to force it to do so?

Holyshit Zed... reading that is sad dude... you have such a great card... and now it s not working... holyshit ! well I tested it myself and it does work on a 9000 card...

Anyway... this makes me wonder why it doesn't work...

Maybe installing a new opengl driver or something would work ?
( Zed do you also have the latest direct x 9.0b drivers ? try windowsupdate.microsoft.com for newest direct x drivers )

Your idea about using a direct x ? mini driver or something might work too...

Anyway... if you know how to solve the problem.. then that might solve the problem for my TNT2 card as well.. and then I would be VERY HAPPY <- me crying of happyness

3. 16 Bit Texture Quality:



This game is optimized for 32 bit (high resolution) color textures. Since most of the textures and art in the game contain a 32 bit color palette, playing the game using the 16 bit texture quality selection only displays half the color information, thus causing some loss in visual quality.

This is truly an amazing game, tho I wish the demo had been stretched just a bit since it can b easily finished in about 5 mins...
