help!!!

hey i need help on the hitman 2 demo . i downloaded it then installed it everything works fine but when i put play a message pops up it says ;unable to create device try changeing the reslution or color depth. so can anyody please help me so i can play thanx !!

I had that happen to me once. If I member correctly it wants you to change your color depth from 16 to 32. And maybe your resolution but Im not sure. The changing the color depth first. Hope it helped!

dude i dont have 32 i have ; true color (24 bit)
high color( 16 bit) 256 colors, and 16 colors

maybe im screwed

Well just a guess here but it sounds like your video card is a bit out of date.

I think there is a way one is for you to change the game resolution the other is to go to your video card driver website and download the latest driver for it that might help or try running the game at 24 bit resoultion.

first i dunno what my video card braqn is or any of that ... second the gome doesnt work in any of the colors i have

Simple just go to your control panel click on display icon then click on settings tab and you will see something like this "Default monitor on "your VGA card name" if that is not possible then still in the settings tab click on advance tad and look for the adaptor tab and you will see your vga card brand and try windrivers.com for our driver.

ok i did that and this is what it says ; PHILIPS 104B (14inch/CM2300) or Intel740 Win9x PV4.0 with video capture.
