Does anyone know where mame.dk's gone? Everytime I try and go on to it, I get a 'this page cannot be displayed' screen, and the microsoft inbuilt search thing can't find it, so I guess it's vanished without a trace. Anyone know why?

Nope and this shouldn't be discussed here since roms are illegal.

i guess because of too heavy traffic, btw the ROMs on planetemu were also excluded.
or its because of the ROMs.

Incidentally, I wasn't on about roms. I was on about the emulator itself. Best place to get up-to-date info on new versions was mame.dk, and now it's not there. Nothing illegal about that.

MAME.DK supplies roms not the emulator, if you want the MAME emulator you can head over to MAME.net which is the official hompage of the MAME emulator.

Besides, I doubt inquiring about the demise of a website is illegal, no matter what it's content.

Sorry but posting a URL(MAME.dk is the URL) you are directing to an illegal site.

Would it be "ok" if I were to inquire about a warez site in that manner?

example: "What happened to warez.com?"
