Spike TV Video Game Awards

Spike TV is currently taking votes for their first ever Video Games Awards set to premiere on Dec 4th. You can go to Spike TV to cast your votes in each category.

Hopefully you all get Spike TV, the first so called "station for men". Not sure if the station is carried overseas, sorry, if not to all you foreign peeps. :thumbup: With shows like Striperella and Ren & Stimpy, you would be missing some of America's finest animation. :P

Alright, I voted, though I don't think I get that channel.

There aren't many choices really...The best major games are just Call of Duty, Max Payne 2, Halo and...That's about it. KOTOR and other Star Wars games might have been good but I haven't played those.

I can't frickin believe that KOTOR isn't listed as a nominee for GOTY!!

Yeah, they didn't even mention Dead or Alive 3 in best fighting game. I know I'm not the only one who liked that game. (still like that game)

The choices are slim, I wrote most of my nominations in. However CoD got my vote for GOTY, only cause KOTOR hasnt been released on the PC yet.

I hope Spike TV does something good with this and doesnt make a mockery of the whole gaming industry. I wonder if most of the big game developers will actually attend.

My only guess is that HL2 will win hands down as the Most Anticipated Game of the Year award. :thumbup: The rest, who knows.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it will...Unless people vote for console games instead. :P

I bet a lot of people who go on that site play mostly console games.

Anyway, I put in that HL2 is the most anticipated, but only if we're not counting the past 6 years that people spent waiting for DNF.
