As expected, Freeform Interactive LLC has now released its hybrid FPS/RPG, Purge Jihad. The game is offered in both a free (unregistered) and paid (registered) mode. The free trial includes the full game without any time limits but is simply limited to 4 classes. Registered players will have access to all 8 classes. ^^^ Did anyone try yet? I remember the original was pretty yucky.

Never liked the first one personally, it just really annoyed me - the graphics pretty much sucked and the gamplay was too fast for me? :Oo:

First time i've heard about it. I just checked the pictures and it doesn't seem too bad graphically. Well, not stunning but it's ok i guess. I think i'll be trying this one later on perhaps. I've been soo bored last 6 months i'm plainly sitting in my chair staring at my screen for 8 hours a day doing almost nothing. Basically i'm sick 'n tired of waiting for HL2 and stuff. YEAH, i'm gonna Dl it anywayz. IT's free, what more dyou want
 BTW for online games the graphics almost always s*ck *ss. You can't compare it to a Singleplayer game now can ya ;) So, i think it's playable enough |

I think that CoD and UT2003/4 have excellent graphics on AND offline. maybe not a great or original story, but really. if you buy an unreal tournament game, are you really looking forward to the story?
