Yes, he did die at the end, but it was as an old man, so they could pick up the story after the end of the first game and tell more about his life of crime

True enough... Unless he spends the rest of his life in prison, and later on becomes a vampire / zombie :Oo: .... trust me, it'd make mane more youngsters associate with the story ;)

will place you back to the first checkpoint.
