ITT we invent our own SP shooter

We need to spend our creativity doing something fun, so let's invent our own single player FPS.

Let's start off by deciding upon a lead character, and his/her/its background. It can be just about anything you want, as long as we all decide it's cool. If someone wants to make sketches in mspaint or whatever then that'd be fun too.. I can host them if you want.

Later we can invent our own storyline, possibly like we continue each other's sentences.

Now fire up those braincells guys and gals

lets make the character not AN ex navy seal, space marine, cop who's family got killed
or something like that, or big guy named DukE

What if he is like in fact a very normal dude who's going 2 work (no not in some secret base but just a normal job) when suddenly all hell breaks out (i assume that because its an FPS right ;) )Like a new World waR or some other invasion. And like his first mission is 2 get to a payphone to call the family at home or warn some friends. And you could interact with NPC's 2 know more about the invasion/war. And along the way you could get more skilled.
And he is just struggeling 2 survive

This might not be an oringinal idea but, I have never seen a game based on it. Magic Kingdom for Sale: Sold by Terry Brooks. This was an interseting story about a normal guy who was sick of his current life. He read in an ad about a magic kingdom for sale in an ecentric mag. He trades in all his money for the one mill it costs to become king and the proceeds to walk into the magic forest where the story begins. This is cut down so you get the gist and it wouldn't have to be just like the book but it might be a good idea for a fantasy

Not very original.

I suggest the storyline to be corny, cheesy and very rambo like , for instance, ONE MAN finds he has powers to undress women, and uses it to undress them and discover their true sexualitys (ala sexchange).. Sound kool?

How about, "Escape From Geriatrics". An old man skips his meds one day and flips out on the staff. Somehow, he gets a .45 and mayhem ensues. Included: Vicatin powerups, orderlies that know kung-fu, and maybe even a wheel chair chase scene.
