best gam of 2004

Havent heard much about GTA:San Andreas. The first ones were all time greats! Im sure GH will keep us all up to date on it! :thumbup:

Syphon Filter was soo cool. Hehe. They used to speak really really fast during the cutscenes, like, "Gabe, Gabe, whats the matter Gabe, theres a bomb but theres only 2 milliseconds left and i dont think i can diffuse it, oh no, too late! BOOM!" all in the space of those 2 milliseconds, hehe.

Another game I forgot, which promises to be the best racing sim to date is TOCA Race Driver 2. Really looking forward to this one as I havent played a decent racing sim for ages. Will it beat Gran Turismo 4 tho thats the thing!

I think Driv3r for sure on PC... Half Life 2 and Doom 3 are just some idiot games that will never come out.
Tho im lookin forward to Painkilla and new GTA on Xbox

So i take it your gonna be buying an x-box for halo 2 ice?

I mite possibly buy an X-Box for Halo 2, just depends if i want to get used to using a controller again for FPS's or stick to the good old keyboard and mouse :P

To be honest at times i really do feel like the FPS scene should have been left to PCs as they feel and play so much better in my opinion as u have so much more control of movement on PC than u do on console with controller, but hey everyones diff and they got their own preferences and that is mine.

I agree! I hate the controls for Fps' on any console! The only way they are decent is if they have an auto target function

although, halo is an exception. it actually played a hell of a lot better on the xbox. i put that down to shoddy conversions though
