They aren't saying this on their website that I can find, but this was in the Gamespy Daily e-newsletter I got today:

FilePlanet Exclusive! * More Files
Rainbow Six: Raven Shield Demo: World Exclusive!

The first ever playable demo for Rainbow Six: Raven Shield is now available for download from FilePlanet! This long-awaited sequel to the franchise uses the Unreal engine for crisp graphics and silky smooth multiplayer. The demo features two maps -- suburban streets (a remake of the most popular Rainbow Six map) and a prison cell block -- playable in two different multiplayer modes. Don't miss this one!

They are claiming a World Exclusive!

Their website is just saying US exclusive.
[edit] You might have to refresh a couple times to see their blurb on Raven Shield. It's all the way at the bottom under Sponsored ads.

More time that goes by, the less I like that site.

As I read it, it looked to me like it was posted on the 15th, which would make it more of a US thing not a world thing.

It was US Exclusive as fileshack and 3dgamers got a mail to remove, whilst we were asked to add it instead...

Well, to my utmost shame, a fellow gamer convinced me that I wanted to try out The Sims Online. So I signed up for FilePlanet so that I could get into the beta. I didn't cancel my Fileplanet sub until early this month, so I can still access their premium services for the rest of this month.

Don't fear, they are slow at putting up new files, so I almost always get my stuff from here

BTW, I erased TSO after three days.
