The number of connections is limited to 150. if we had only 20 people using DAP or getright or whatever 2/3 of the logins would be in use allready. so for the sake of customer friendlyness download managers are blocked.

Hmmm... I dunno what IDM is. If I use an accelerator it's FlashGet. But some places just don't work  |

I too have broadband. I just use FlashGet when I wanna queue alot of files.

some of you might have good intensions. but if we enable the option to use download managers people will find a way around the 1 thread download limit. So things stay as they are now.

I suppose it is just me then! As soon as I went to broadband, I have never had the need to use an accelerator! My DSL usually d\l about 90KBs, so its all good!
