Severance:Blade of darkness was a very cool game.

I heard that there is a sequel, Is that true?

Dennis, can u give us some update on that, 10x.

A playable demo Would be cool !!!

Off the top of my head, I believe that they had plans to make a second one, but THEN some members of the development team have left the company, then I'm not sure what exactly happened, but right now their website (Rebel Act Website) appears to be dead and available for purchasing. I think they're dead, but I'll dig up some more dirt on that.

Never played it, but heard/read some about it... Wasn't it a 3D action type of game? Running around with swords and killing bad monsters? With different combos and stuff like that?

Hmm, Severance is one of the game I wish I hadn't missed. Actually, it was on of the games that used stencil buffered shadows, which is a topic in my future 3d article. Okay, I'll stop being a geek now, for a minute or two.

Man I loved Severance, running around with all different kinds of swords, performing special moves and chopping off your opponent's limbs. I really was hoping for a sequel...
