Wrong! I don't know if DOOM III will have any demo, but Valve will actually release a playable demo of Half Life. After the game is released they will release the demo! :thumbup:

well, as i said: a bite. Not like you take from all menus each. How many you can try depense on the cook or the will of the waiter.
usually people asked to have a try of 2-3 choices and pick one of them. I wonder if Mc Donald have these kind of services... :dennis:

Well, valve stated sometimes ago somewhere that they won't. As said before: Doom had a demo...but DOOM3 won't...but maybe they change mind after the game is released and sold decently...like some other games did

Anyone who doesn't buy stalker has a severe mental problem. Just watch the videos and read the previews/interviews, it doesn't need a demo.

A video doesn't make the game better. But the game seems promising and i probably gonna get it. :dennis: :thumbup:

Heres the deal. EVERYBODY PLZ READ THIS POST ITS IMPORTANT. Unreal 2004 development team received many emails stating that people weren't going to buy the full game because the ut2k4 demo sucked. To tell you the truth, the demo for ut2k4 did suck. If it wasnt for my friend who bought the full game of Unreal Tournament 2004, I would never buy it. The stalker team feels that a demo wouldn't emphasize the game as much as it could. I played the stalker alpha, and that didn't have a good representation of the game either(as far as a i thought). Even tho it was an alpha, if they did release a demo- the demo couldn't be as massive of a game as the full version, and that could mislead customers. In order to keep customers intrigued and excited about stalker, they don't want to take away from the full experience that the game brings. This is why they didn't make a demo for Grand Theft Auto- the game is too massive. Stalker takes place in Cherynobel(or however u spell it) and it is open ended and massive. If the demo were to just have one small area, it may give the game a different feel. Play the alpha if you really want to experience the game, otherwise just wait till it comes out. As for ur moneys worth, buy it at EB and take it back saying it didnt work on your computer.
