Is This Warez........

Hello people.
It's a game i had for a long time ago.
Road To World Cup Fifa 98.
But i have searched over the hole net.
But i couldn't find someplace i can get Fifa 98 from.
I can't find my cd.
( It is 4 years ago i lost it )
And there are no stores that sells this now.
I have searched on the internett to get the full version of thi game.
But it isn't
So i am asking you:
If somebody can tell that it is warez to search after a 5 year old game??

It should be nearly free if you search a few online stores..

The fact that a game is old doesn't mean that you don't have to pay for it anymore. As long as a game is still sold in the shops AND/OR supported/copyrighted by the company, you MUST pay to get it.
Basically, it all depends on the company who has the rights for the game. Some companies don't care if their old games are distributed for free on internet. Other will never allow this, no matter how old the game is.
In this particular case, since its an Electronic Arts title, they are 100% against warez/abandonware. So, you'd better buy this one if you don't want troubles

we may discuss about games not being anymore sold... and still they would sue you if you even think about obtaining an illegal copy.

being not able to buy a classic title stinks too

of course I have no solution

Its only allowed to download the game for free after 20 years.. and im not kidding! If its a PC game.

Absolutely correct. Copyrights, unlike patents, can be renewed indefinetely.

I however DID see fifa '98 on sale in the "classic ea games" serie in one of my stores about 6 months ago. $15 or something. Might want to check your stores after all.
