nahhh, i would if the GC controlller didnt stink so much, supose i could get a controller adapter so i can use the playstation pad on it??, but anyway who wants to play as a woman character...lol, that was a joke by the way. ;)

about echoes tho, i dont like the fact you basically have the exact same game worlds only one is the "light" side and the other the "dark" side, seems kinda lazy, but hey i could be wrong....they should of made it a 3rd person game, not a FPS.

Well, I would like to buy this game, but I sold my Gamecube, ah well, Gamecubes are damn cheap these days so I might buy one again for MP:Echoes

Hell yeah! I love Metroid! I've played all but Metroid II and Metroid Fuzion. Never got into Gameboy.

f**k yea metroid prime echoes will be badass. I personally think it will be better then halo 2 in fps ways. since im not excited about halo 2 thats probably why. Seems like the same things gonna happen in halo 2.

I think the GC controller works really well with Metroid Prime. Very comfortable to hold, too. As for the dark and light worlds, I doubt very much it will turn out seeming 'lazy'. Ever hear of 'A Link to the Past'? It had dark and light worlds and I don't think I remember anyone calling it badly made. Metroid Prime was awesome and Echoes will be, too.

Edit: To SprigganX: Better than Halo2? I'm not so sure about that, although both will be awesome. You're kinda asking for a fight with that remark though, there're a LOT of Halo fanboys out there. As for the part of Metroid being a better fps, it isn't exactly just an fps, it's more of a first-person adventure game. It's sort of it's own genre in itself. That's one of the reasons I liked it so much.

Metroid Echoes doesn't take place on the same world It takes place on another planet, but because it's a console and same developers, yes they will look very similar. But who cares! Metroid rocks! If they ever made a movie that badass Bridgette Wilson Sampras should play Samus. She was foxy as Sonya.
