HalfLife2 Release Date ?

There were talks that halflife2 will come nearly doom3 date, but as i see it didn't

HL2 is dated to 1.9.2004. so it will be soon!
Just wonder what hardware will gonna need?

later this month they will upload through steam Counter Strike source for CZ owners and ATI/HL2 owners deal, and also part of HL2 - the thing that dont change and done (texture, sound, AI) - well thats what i read anyway

umm, if they don't chance the texture, sound and AI they basicly give them CS 1.6......lol

To Kane:

Yes! I hate Valve for being so vague, they have gone down in my opinion.

Everything gets delayed with them, HL2 (marginally some would argue), CS:CZ (by a year(ish)?), CS:Source BETA (by roughly a fortnight).
I wonder how the management is there.

I'm going to adopt KamisoriX's attitude on the subject.
