probably the 1st one, the 2nd is better, just post a link to the other, or if u wanna have 2 then make them a smaller res.

For the people that want to see the differnece in performance and the screens of normal maps on and off scroll up.

The alpha I played was absolutely poor. It played like a piece of turd stuck to a stick, felt like the type of thing you'd expect to pick up for £5 in a bargain bin, and if I speak 100% truthfully about it, I have to say that it left me completely dissapointed and all anticipation for the game went out the window (I don't care what people say, the physics were crap. bodies moved unconvincingly and only a few select objects seemed to actually react to things).

Um, it was a stolen alpha, no not alpha, playable build of the game made from files stolen from valve's network. I'm gonna take a wild stab at this and guess that the physics you'll see in the final build of the game will be just a bit better. If your experience with a stolen early build of a game kills your enthusiasm for it then you're just gonna miss out.

physics are probably the same, or slightly better, the alpha is a build from July, june 2k3 when they were still aiming for sept30th, so the physics were already tweaked settings, the physics engine itself is still havok and its core has not been changed.

OK, I'm not sleepin yet.
I thougt the Vampire2 videos, that based on HL2 engine, looks as a game more fun and better, than HL2 itself :P

After what i have just read in this thread i am not going to argument with anybody!! ok Sepht how do make the fingers be seperated on your system i am on a high setting with everything turned execpt antilizing bladbl can't spell sorry me always been bad at grammer i think anyway all of my chracters have three of there fingers sewed together with the one left beeing seperated can ya help at what settings i need?? :thumbup:
