Max Payne 2 ?

i learned today that according to Rockstar, Max Payne 2 isnt expected to be released until 2004!!!!!!!!! I loved the first game and was hoping to see the new one at least by the end of Summer of 2003.....but it seems that just aint gonna happen.

I personally didn't read anything about it planned for 2003, but did have similar hopes... Sucks

I finished M.P. only about 4 times, so I'm really eager for a sequel.
