HL2 save points...

Yeah, yeah, yeah, another freakin HL2 thread, so what.

What purpose does HL2 have in only allowing the last 5 save points? I wanted to show my bro a few of the levels but I can't go further than 5 saves ago! I don't want to start a new game 'cause it might overwrite my current one. Hopefully they will be modifiing this in the first patch.

The game is still AWESOME!! I didn't realize how much fun it is launching random objects at people!

tnam dude aside from the saving problem you don't like, click new game from the menu, and select which chapter you wanna show him. it may not be exactly at the spot you want to show others, but it's better than starting all over so it's a good thing you can choose a chapter you've previously beaten.

I didnt realize you could pick the chapters you've beaten, thanks for the heads up! I'm so busy trying to beat the game that I hadn't bothered to check. :thumbup:
