Did Ea take ubisoft or is this some kind of a rumor I read some where??

EA are in the process of purchasing a 19% share of Ubisoft. Its on the GH homepage... read it!

Well, not considering the fact that they might hold a majority share over one of their largest rivals! This is going to suck the gaming development industry into a black hole, where we will be playing Splinter Cell 20 in 17 years time and still be having FIFA,NHL and PGA shoved down our throats because no one else will be big enough or financially strong enough to compete against them.

I hope this buy-out gets voted out...

I heared some rumor that EA bought Blizzard too...I googled it but didn't find anything. Does anyone have any ideas?

They own 19.9 percent of Ubisoft now. They're the Microsoft of gaming :rant: If the industry keeps moving this way ... :nxs: ... ....
