Although only one map, very much worth the d\l. The graphice are very nice, only a few glitches here and there. It's a lot better abd different than the first one. You have to pay for spawning and extra weapons, if you don't pick them up from other players. Earn money by shooting ppl amongst other things but I suck at the moment so shooting ppl is the best I can do. It does come with gamespew, but you don't have to install that to play

Well IGI is a very good game, and this looks to be shaping up ok too. But I don't think its much of a change from the last one, was surprised to hear someone say it was. Anyway, one of the only gripes I had was that when you enter a building it seems to get very glitchy and stuttery, and I have apowerfull system.

whenever theres a game i've been waiting for, it never fucking works for me!

first time after installing it, i clicked the igi shortcut it made for me, and it starts searching for the ####, didnt install right.
ok i reinstall, now it works but when i go to get a fucking list of the servers, it freezes!!!
[edit] ok i think i know the damn problem, anytime i try to get on the net with a new game, zone alarm comes up asking if i want to allow it to access the net. well its trying to pop up, and igi wont let it and freezes, i can play with it turned off, but dont like that idea.

Kaotik - easy fix for this one. Go to Zonealarm, go to the programs part of it. Look for the listing for IGI2 whatever it's called, and click on the ?'s or the red X's if there are any and change them to allowed, so that you have four tick's (dunno if you call them that in Canada, but basically allow it full access to the inet) then you should have no probs running the game. If IGI2 isn't listed then click add, and add the game .exe to the list and again, as above, give it full access.

Hehe, I was checking our downloads stats, and so far this demo has already been downloaded 6133 times (= around 500 downloads per hour).

I wanted to see what our 'competitors' who are asking visitors to pay for free demos and make them wait 2 hours on average before getting the file were doin' and here are the results so far:

1. Gamer's Hell: 6133 downloads (immediate download - free)
2. FilePlanet: 3356 downloads (1 hour wait on average)
3. Shacknews: 621 downloads (1 hour wait on average)

FYI, the demo was posted on shack a few mins after us, and fileplanet got it 1 hour after us...so who's your daddy?

thx doug, but i fixed it, dunno how lol
it was sittin there froze then i hit ctrl alt delete a few times, and zone alarm came up, it was weird. i hit always allow access, then it all crashed, and its been fine since lol
mustof been my constant cursing and cussing at it
