Save yourself the trouble and don't play it at all as the game is extremely addictive and once again I put the game aside as it was taking over my life and making me miserable as I didn't even try to sleep whatsoever. I am glad I quite 2 months ago before the new expansion comes out or came out cuz yeah I am wanting to see the content but I need a break from the game and since it is addictive must try to stay away from it permanently. With games like Gothic 3 and Oblivion there is no need to play online MMORPGs as you don't lose money with a monthly fee plus buying expansions and you don't lose sleep cuz the world stops when you leave the non-WOW worlds ....
good luck ... don't end up a WOW rehabber
