3d person Rpg. You can look around with the mouse, run around in a forest and stab at monsters by clicking at them.
When you begin you get attacked right away by hordes of undead, wolves and orcs. Dead after 15 seconds. Next game, again monsters seaming to appear at random kill you right away. You don't even get the chance to practic on a tree or a rock. The graphics are cheap and dated, fighting is buggy, sound not working properly. O my god, get this one off the net! :rant:

haven't played it yet (5000 MB traffic allowed - 4800 used) but i remember my gothic (1 + 2 + night of the raven) time!
What u had to do in the first game hours? Run, Run, run away
Maybe its the same with DL.

BTW i don't wanna play it if gfx is "dated" - but u don't mean u wanna have Far Cry gfx @ RPG

The only graphics option you can change is the resolution. Guess what: that option is not working, so you're stuck with 800x600. But I would say graphics is the best feature of this game because gameplay is just terrible. It's too far away from being finnished. Example: fighting a wolve you don't even see wether your hitting him. That makes it impossible to aim. You have to start guessing. You can block but hey, it's not working!
Than when you run away you arrive at an npc and the horde of creatures just waits pationnally till your done talking.

What annoyes me even more is that there isn't an option to uninstall.

I tried the demo for about 10 minutes and after a rat and 2 scorpions killed me... I didn't bother to go on.
I have to agree with fineliner on all points. Cheap game.

Then you look on EBGames, and all the horrible reviews by pirates and lamers, they say this game is awesome and the next Diablo.. -_-

Yeah I think at least one of those previews (the one with the diablo bit) was written by one of the producers. But you cant blame them, it's a moneyrace and nice guys finnish last. Besides I don't pitty people who buy crapgames like this one. It's their own fault. :P
