i'd let it burn but i got some good game files on there.....

If your that concerned, junk it and buy a new one. There pretty cheap now (149.99). Or just get the new power cord.

if you're concerned about your game files...

1) back them up on a memory card
2) get a modchip and back them up on your pc
3) open up your xbox and re-solder the faulty power-supply joints (search around and there's pictures showing you where the fault is)
