Just looking at these screenshots is sick... its a big jump for CoD, cause before the graphics were somewhat in my opinion "Cartoony" but all in all it was a good game.... now CoD 2 looks like you could compare it to a great game such as Farcry, as far as Graphics Go, Maybe even HL2.. looks like were gona be in for a big treat

Im always sceptical about screenshots. I'd say graphics will only be just a tad better than in the original.

Well it sounds like it will be alot better than the original judging by the recent interview with one of the leading developers, screens look great& glad they're adding brits :thumbup:

From the look of the picture of the two troops in the snow coats, I'd say that they're probably using the Doom 3 engine, because CoD used the Quake 3 engine, I would say they are now using Id's D3 engine for newer games.

from what i've heard, it will be using a optimised clone of the doom3 engine that will be able of showing vast landscapes without slowing...it sound great! i wanna play a beta...
