Nexus - Jupiter Incident - Mission Titan

Heya

There is a mission called "Titan" on Nexus, you are supposed to disable the IP blocker on the Gorg station.
I can sneak close enough for them to say "We are in range".

Now am I supposed to send a Commando ship to the station or target the IP Blocker device and attack ?
My Commando's get slaughtered as soon as they engage and Angelwing gets lashed as soon as you drop
the cloak.

Am I missing something !?
