Well I think its a good idea, but to ask a Mod for it straight away is madness. It should looked after by the standard crew until it matures and only if it becomes popular should authority be drafted.

ah well, seems it will turn out to be a spamfest anyways. if we want to put this through we gotta make a plan. i myself want, if one chooses however, to be involved.
