I went to a friends place today and he just bought Psychonaut. after looking at the case and the screenshots I pointed my finger at him and had a stisfying laugh.
He punched me for he is stronger than me and then went ahead to install the game. What came then was a surprice of the trade class A: This is the best Platform Adventure game I have seen for centuries. Everything just fits together, the graphics, the sound, the controll...the overall feeling of the game. This is also the most polished game that i have seen lately. I found no bugs nor any flaws in the game nor gameplay. It might not be the Graphic uber 1337 technology masterpiece but it looks great the way it is. in fact i wouldn't have donw it any different. The dialogs in the game are fun and sexy at the same time. The game design is...well...wacked...in a very very good way. I gonna get my copy the comming days... Now most have heard of psychonaut but it kinda fell under the radar even at its release. All i can say is try it. If you like good ol 3D jump'n'run with a dose of sassy action then you're in here for a treat. i gonna write a review of it after I'm done with it. unfortunitly I have the feeling it will go down as a sleeper hit. This is one of the last great games we gonna get folks, before the sequel n remake takes completly over the gamingworld....GO GET PSYCHONAUT....I wanna see more of these kinda games
