oh, just one quick question and its stupid but when does the giveaway end? i know it says 20th im just checks and also ur release dates say it wont releast till the 22nd when everything else is the 8th and im just kinda checking on everything lol

a haiku for the undead sophisticate

slippery and grey
those delicious hemispheres
*munches on your brain*

Due to the numerous contests I have won I have stepped down for a while to let some deserving entries win.

Roses are red, violets are blue.
I hope you win dead rising,
I know you want to.

There was a little zombie who came back from the dead,
he had a hole in his heart and one in his head,

he could go without air he could go without rest,
he could take any pain except for the one in his chest,

endlessly he'd walk the streets with a sad moan,
filled with the pain of being alone,

someone to make the blood pump in his veins,
a young girl with grace, beauty, and brains,

one cool August day with luck on his side,
he stumbled upon the girl who'd be his future bride,

she'd talk and he'd listen, he'd dance and she'd laugh
he was so happy, to find his other half,

together they were, in complete bliss,
no matter how unlikely, true love exists.

I hear theres a game were you fight the undead,
stuff a zombie into a pail and paint the town red,

or practice your swing with a long length of lead,
dispatching wave after wave of undead zed,

thinking of this game keeps me awake in bed,
it sounds so cool, I cant get it out of my head

If someone else won it would fill me with dread,
so pleeeeease give me the game instead.

I don't see a limerick yet:

There once was a zombie Pete
Brains were his pleasure to eat
Not quite as tasty as hearts
But they imparted some smarts
Pete now teaches necromancy at M.I.T.

If by a zombie bite a man dies,
it can be expected that he'll later arise,
and not taking precautions could be quite unwise

it may be believed that the dead will stay dead,
but being short-sighted will lead to sorrow instead,
so find a blunt object and aim for the head

there are other precautions to keep you alive,
besides being ready when the undead revive,
and paying attention closely should help you survive

if one doesnt own the luxury of transport,
then its best to immediately set up a fort,
otherwise to the zombies, you'll be nothing but free sport

the first step of securing this castle of yours,
is to board up all the windows and doors,
but this isnt necessary for the upstairs floors

next, turn on your bath and let the water raise,
because water may become scarce in the upcoming days,
you have to think quick, because quick-thinking pays

the food which is perishable is the first you will eat,
save all your canned food until you run out of meat,
rationing your food will save you from otherwise certain defeat

for those of you which live in homes of more than one story,
set your supplies upstairs and set an axe to the stairs in a hurry,
being out of reach from the zombies will keep things from getting gory

for a close-quarters weapon, you should choose one which doesnt use ammunition,
a melee weapon like an axe or a crowbar, something that can withstand repetition,
you cant depend on limited bullets, against an army of decomposition

the benefit of a silent weapon is that you can stay out of sight,
which helps you in avoiding an unnecessary fight,
because remember: There is no cure for a Zombie's bite

although they make lots of noise, theres definately still use for a gun,
a uzi or a rifle, will definately get the job done,
however, a shotgun is a need, if you see yourself becoming overrun

if you find yourself outside your fort, try your best to move around silently,
doing something uncautiously can end quite violtently,
when patrolling or scouting be sure to tread gentlly

apply these ideas if ever you come across these undead hordes,
it would do you well to remember my words,
because staying alive has its own rewards.
