for the users that make a lot of fake ids to be sure they win,and each one with a different email address there is a solution:
the admin should announce the winner only through email,and the one that faked for example 100 ids should check all his 100 accounts again to see if he won,and also there should be a minimum post count for the users to be eligible to win.The people that fake with 100 ids must crack their heads until they fill the minimum post count for all the users they've done

It is easy to see if one user is using multiple entries. That is why I have people add there forum nick to the email so I can check.

I have also entered. i really like this contest. I admit I'm more interested in the wii or subscription than the manga, but that is because I am not generally interested in Manga.
