wish i could whistle in here but as i remember the whistle was only when he felt down and then the classic "death" melody appears if im right

but the whistle goes something like this

it goes down 3 tones while he falls and when he hit something on his way down the whistle goes one tone up from where it ended and so on....hope this is good eneough

Number 4 = Metal Gear (Poltergeist)
Number 5 = Super Hang On (uploader)
Number 6 = Paper Boy (uploader)
