i know but i am earning the money and when i get that much i have to pay for it in cash and i think it has a rebate my 'rents wouldn't go for that cuz then i wouldn't have enough

dell's having a special there is a dell dimension 2400 for $299 and it has the following:

Processor: Intel Celeron Processor(2.40GHz, 128KB L2 Cache, 400MHz FSB)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows xp home edition
Memory: 256MB Shared DDR SDRAM
Hard Drive: 40GB*Hard Drive
Graphics Card: Integrated Intel Extreme Graphics
Sound Card: Intergrated Audio
Optical Drive: 48x CD-ROM Drive

will that run the sims 2?? i checked the requirements but it said it needed 800 MHz and it only comes with 400 so i might be able to ask to upgrade that and if i did that would it work even then? or would it not be necessary? :bucky!:

It comes with 2400 MHZ (2.4GHZ = 2400 MHZ), but it will NOT run Sims 2 because of the integrated graphics card.

can't i get them at dell to customize it with one i need though??

Yes...but by the time you get it there, it's going to cost just as much as the one I suggested earlier (which is much better)...

ohh i have windows xp sp2 and when i put in that cd it worked on the computer i have now and i don't have the special graphics card that it needs either soo... :Oo:
