Who is the best Dual Ati Crossfire or Dual Geforce 7800? I want to hear that from experts.
Having two video cards in the machine take advantage of double performance?

You're comparing apples and oranges.

If you meant to ask which is better, Crossfire or SLi then I would say that currently SLi is probably more stable but crossfire has more features.

I currently have a SLi system with two 6600GTs and I like it, the price was right and in the popular games I'm able to run at max res with AA turned on. My system is stable, I've been running for about 4 months now without a crash .

Two 7800 cards in a SLi system would cost you over $1000 USD for the cards alone so unless you're stupidly rich and have money to burn it wouldn't make sense to use those cards. Wait a month or so and you'll be able to pick up 6800Ultras or GTs for very cheap. Or wait 4-5 months and see how the ATI crossfire pans out.

You're right, I can't afford to pay over US1000 for 2xG700. I'll stick with my G6800 while the prices are way up at the moment.
When the prices go down I'll pick up one.

I wanted to get 6800GTs but at that time PCIex versions of those cards were impossible to find, not to mention most vendors over-priced them because they were so popular so not only were they hard to find but expensive. With the new 7800 coming out the 6800GTs will probably go down in price.

Which SLi motherboard do you have or are you going to buy? I have the Gigabyte board which I'm happy with. I sell Gigabyte hardware so I got a good deal on it but if I didn't have access to Gigabyte I would have probably bought the DFI board instead.

Well, I think I'll have to pick up one sli motherboard too, I've got one G6800 in a AGP slot. And I'm not sure what motherboard to buy. (More money to spend  )

Seeing as there are currently no other benchmarks than some shady 3dmark 05 screens,
you can't really say anything right now. Give it another week or so.

You may be in trouble though, SLi is PCI express ONLY which means you won't b able to use your 6800GT AGP card. You would have to buy 2 more PCIx cards.
