IS THIS ENOUGH FOR BATTLEFIELD 2?

Today I am getting a laptop. I have a desktop for gaming but I really want a LAPTOP for mobile gaming and easier use. Plus my old laptop screen just cracked

and I would rather spend that 1000$ repair on a brand new notebook.

here is what I might get...

Processor Intel® Pentium® 4 530 w/HT Technology, 3.0GHz
Display 17.0" WXGA+ BrightView Wide Viewing (1440x900)
Memory 1.0GB DDR2 SDRAM, 533MHz (2x512MB)
Hard Drive 60 GB 5400 RPM Hard Drive
Graphics Card 256MB ATI Mobility Radeon™ X600

It is an HP ZE 8000 deal. (I don't want to spend more than 1,500$)

WOULD THAT BE ENOUGH FOR HL2/ BF2/ etc....?

Ooooh shame about the graphics card. Yeah you'll be able to run both HL2 and Bf2 fairly well. However, I wouldn't expect great performance with that graphics card on Bf2 tbh.

x800xl, or 6800gt go for one of those.

If there's an X700 option, take it, doesn't cost as much as the X800 (duh!)
