Selling Comps

Is there a place on the web that can tell you what an old pc is worth? and is there a place you can sell it after that?

i know u can sell it on ebay but is there anywhere else?

if you built it, the only place you could sell it is ebay. If you bought it there might be a site where you can get credit for sending in an old PC, but Im not too sure about that...

There are lots and lots of charitable and non-profit organizations that are in desperate need of decent computers. If you can't get enough money to make it worth your while, consider making a donation out of it

i guess i can send my comps to a charity but i got 3 old laptops and a decent desktop i was going to sell to put towards a alienware or a maxed out sony desktop (i would use primarily for gaming and the internet)

btw i didnt build them i bought them at best buy

and if i did sell them on ebay i would want to know what there worth before i sell them

find the model names and google them. usually old computers are still being sold, but obviously for a lot less money.

Just go to ebay and search for pc or laptop of similar spec to yours and look at completed listings, then from what you've seen make an estimation, if your in the UK selling pc's with newspaper adds sometimes works and it's pretty cheap too.
