Hi all,
I´m looking for a relatively cheap (up to 1700 EUR), but good gaming laptop. I know it is madness to combine gaming and laptops, but I need a new laptop anyway and I desperately want to play BF2/HL2. It should be relatively futureproof, although I know that that is a ridiculous demand given the budget and the laptop-ness. I´m currently thinking about the ACER Aspire 1692WLMI, but I thought that the kind folk at da hell might have another suggestion. Tx, T |

check out newegg.com I've looked at their laptops and they look pretty good. in general I guess any laptop is good with the same specs. the only thing I'd do if I bought any other brand other than from a gaming computer distributor is to install windows yourself. most companies add too much junk to windows that it bogs them down.
