is it possible to raid an 80 gb sata w/ ncq, and a egample: 200 gb sata w/ ncq all (both seagate's)

Yes, but not in a mirror configuration. You may stripe them together into one accessible partition! :thumbup:

you can use the 80 gig as a boot HD (if it's fast and sexy) and the 200 as storage HD.
