I would definitely recommend getting the 6600gt out of that choice. Even though its more expensive, it will perform much much better in Q4 and GTA:SA. What's your current setup btw? Current processor, gfx card, amount of RAM etc. Also you seem pretty sure you want AGP...

Well, if you are really trying to play Q4 I wouldnt touch either of them cards lol. Especially not the FX
Them are cheap cards, I would save your money until you had at least 250 and dump it on an X800GTO2
or a 6800GT 256mb card. New games require new cards if you wanna play it and not get all pissed
off.. I have an x800gto2 16P@555/615 and I think it runs Q4 like crap. Im upgrading to a 7800GTX
shortly after xmas and I dont know if Ill think that is even enough. What is the world of computer
gaming coming to? if you want to play new games on high you need 2 450 dollar vid cards!

Hi ,
Well thank you for your replys

My Computer Configuration is
Intel 3.2 GHZ
512 Ram
build in graphic and sound card
and other things which a computer has in it.

And i am not sure that my computer has a Agp Slot or not. Actually i don't know what the AGP slot is and how to find that does my computer has it or not

Now, what you suggest which graphic card should i buy.

the card (Talidan666) said
BFG Geforce 7800 GTX 7800GTX OC 256 MB PCI-e Video Card
is toooooooo expensive i could buy a xbox 360 for that price is there any alternative.
it is 500$

Tell me a good and future games compatible card, but not to expensive ;)

thanks

Try getting the 6800 from nvidia (best price/quality performance atm) or buy the x-box. It's more powerfull and faster than the pc you currently have anyway. Good luck mate

Well, first off check and see if your computer has PCI, AGP, or PCI-E. More than likely it wont have PCI-E, but... if you are looking for a lower priced card,
try the x800GTO2(newegg, allstarshop) you should be able to get one for around 200 dollars, and they are easily flashed to x850XTPE speeds.
I have mine running 16 pipes, 555/600 and it does a pretty good job with most things. What is the max amount of money you can spend on
a vid card?

Hello

I would go for the 6600 GT, but i would get the one from gigabyte, the silent pipe one, this has a big heatsink on and NO fan, it costs 130 pounds, Uk currency, i have that card in my Antec Aria cube case, and the silence is truely silent, the only noise i can hear is the hard disk, westen digital 74 gig, at 10,00o rpm, and the Power supply fan, at least i don't have to have the speakers up loud with this case not like my other faster computer, which is documented below.

Regards

Andrew

Forget FX series. They will make you crazy.
6600gt is better but not as good as x800 gto2.
I'm using a elsa 9800se. It works fine on GTA Sandreas.
btw, you didn't mention other devices of your computer, so there might be other problems preventing you from enjoying the game.
