graphic cards for laptops

Can anybody tell me what graphic cards(of at least 128 MB) are avavilable there for toshiba satellite A15,or for satellite series,or for any toshiba one,or for at least notebooks.
I tried the search on google and froogle and remained unable to find any graphic card upgrade for laptops of more than 32 MB.I already have a 64 MB one.But still some games run slow(Though all games run).Is it is a problem with my graphic card or with my RAM(I have only 256 MB of RAM,and the graphic card also shares),or it is a problem with both?
So what should I upgrade,RAM or graphic card?
And if I have to upgrade graphic card,where the hell I can find it for my notebook?Are there any graphic cards for notebooks?

Well, thr problem is your ram and your graphics card. In laptops, ram is upgradeable. Unfortunately, you are stuck with your video chip.

GFX Cards in Laptops can NOT be upgraded, exception for certain manufacturer's such as Alienware.

Most Laptop's use The Physical RAM as GFX Memory. So what you could do is upgrade the amount of RAM in your Laptop. Then go into your BIOS and increase your AGP Aperture, so when your Laptop is rendering GFX, it will use more of the Physical RAM, which should hopefully improve performance a little bit..

Only very modern desktop replacement class notebooks have upgradable gfx components and then you still require expertise in this area to upgrade it. Your laptop will have an integrated solution, which means the chip comes soldered/fixed onto the mainboard when Toshiba orders them in from their suppliers. More RAM will help optimise your current hardware, but it will not drastically increase gfx quality, featuresets or speed.
