I have over 10 years of experience as a performance and budget system builder, I have installed diverse networks for companies like Coca-Cola Schweppes, so I think I know a thing or two!

I wouldnt seriously boast about being able to buy a 2800 sempron processor, because they are crap, ECS are pretty god damn awful aswell. a 2GHz class CPU and an old NF3 motherboard are bound to be cheap. If you put your system against the one I specced, you will see they are World's apart in terms of featureset and future-proofability. The one you have provided struggles for FP mathmatics even before you add a graphics card and the overall specification of the CPU is abysmal. The guy wanted a PC that would be able to play some games on, not stare at a browser and work in M$ Office. The GTO is PS2.0 and to even consider buying one of these where the market is saturated in SM3.0 boards is complete madness...
