Mobo Help

I am going to be upgrading my cpu and mobo. I have picked out a cpu which you can see here. I need help with the mobo. I need a decent one that wont be more that $80. Any help will be appreciated

$80? Why bother then. I dont even know if that counts as an "upgrade" :P
Besides a 3700+ is like 30 bucks more and it has double the cache.

The Asus S939 (PCI-e) A8N-E SATA-2 should be your best bet. I couldn't seem to find a good american link for it tough.

My hardware skills are limited when it comes to mobos, tis why I asked for help not to be condesended to :P At any rate, raz found a board that should do me well Here. If you can do better, go ahead

Hehehe! Well, are'nt we the funny one. Actually, it is fun! I dont really mind getting ripped. All I ask is that you do it in Kindergarten. That way, we have no problems

Ya know matt, the more I think about what you said, the more I get irratated. I don't talk down to anyone, unless it is in kidergarted and that is what that forum is for. I know I am breaking the rules here but, you have creeped under my skin a bit. I dont ask for help or advice that often. One of the times I do, you get pms.

In the time I have been here, I have been nice to everyone here, almost. I see no reason for you to say that what I do best here is demean people. I take great offence to that. You may not like me, hell, a lot of people might not, but I am a good admin dammit and for you to say that I talk down to people is out of line.

Well, I am returning this topic back on subject. You guys fight it out amongst yourself.

So you're budget is higher than 80 dollars all of the sudden? Then the Mobo suggested by Raz should be among one of the best, if not the best you can get these days. Good luck with your purchase Monkey :thumbup:

Well, it is around 80. I am not exactly sure thats the one I will be gettin. I like to have a few options before I go buy one
