Anybody have the NetGear DG834 router?

Hey, 3-4 days ago for some unknown reason i've been unable to connect to game servers/lobbys or steam for that matter. I've contacted my ISP and they said everything is setup correctly and there's no line work being done. So it is definaltey a firewall and one of the programs I use has a NAT test so I tested the port that it uses normally and it encountered a NAT error. So somthing has changed my firewall settings but the problem that i'm having is when I click "settings" on my router setup disk I get a blank page. Normally it would promt me to enter in a username and password but it doesn't. I tried on my other PC which uses an ethernet cable to connect to the router and the same thing just a blank page then error 404. So I really need to get into my settings to disable my firewall IF that's the case of the problems i've been getting. Anyone had this problem before or know how to fix it?. I have contacted NetGear and they have yet to get back to me.
